The Role As an A&R & Marketing Intern at 26.2 Music, you will support both teams across artist discovery, digital campaigns, and fan engagement. This role splits time between scouting emerging talent across pop, alternative, indie, rock, R&B, electronic, and dance - researching artists across platforms, attending showcases, and maintaining discovery pipelines - and supporting marketing execution, social media, and content development across full release cycles. You will gain hands‑on exposure to how music is found, developed, and brought to market. Responsibilities Research and identify emerging artists across streaming platforms, social media, and online communities Attend showcases, live performances, and industry events Prepare artist briefs and evaluations for the A&R team Monitor cultural trends, new releases, and genre movements Assist with digital campaign execution across social, paid, and organic channels Help track and report on campaign performance metrics Assist with community engagement across fan channels and platforms Support both teams on ad hoc projects and administrative needs #J-18808-Ljbffr
