· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a team-oriented environment.

· Ability and willingness to travel for project sites, field activities, meetings, hearings, and other assignments as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience supporting geological, environmental, energy, engineering, regulatory, or other technical consulting projects.

· Experience with well, pipeline, land/lease, geological, survey, or regulatory datasets and government spatial-data sources.

Candidates do not need prior experience in every technical area listed above. Geolex values accuracy, organization, curiosity, sound judgment, and an interest in understanding the technical questions behind the spatial work.

Compensation / Benefits

· Base salary dependent upon experience, education, qualifications, and anticipated level of responsibility.

· Performance-based salary bonus based on personal and company annual performance.

· Company profit-sharing retirement plan contribution, annually and potentially up to 25% of gross salary.

· Paid time off and paid sick time.
