The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Installation Manager to lead residential window and door installation projects in Anchorage and support remote Alaska regions as needed.
This role oversees the full installation lifecycle—from technical measurements and estimating through installation and project completion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable leading crews while managing multiple projects.

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM , with flexibility between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM when project needs, customer issues, installer schedules, or travel require additional support.
Location: Anchorage, AK (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: Manager/Supervisor
Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 annually
