To support the full M&A lifecycle, the contract Organizational Change Management Consultant will develop and implement change management strategies remotely, ensuring employee adoption and minimizing resistance to project initiatives during a 12-month engagement. Key responsibilities Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate project adoption and minimize resistance Ensure change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and utilization Focus on the people side of change, including business processes, systems, job roles, and organizational structures Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of change management experience, or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree Experience delivering change management in a global company Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications Experience leading organizational change management for mergers and acquisitions Prosci change management certification preferred
